1. Services Provided

SR Energy offers solar EPC services including system design, installation, and maintenance. All offerings are subject to feasibility and availability.

2. Quotation and Pricing

All quotations are valid for 30 days. Final prices may change due to site conditions or requested modifications. Taxes and duties are extra as applicable.

3. Payments

Payment milestones are agreed prior to project start. Delays in payment may result in penalties or suspension of services.

4. Customer Responsibilities

The customer shall ensure safe and timely access to the site, required documents, and infrastructure. Delays caused by the client may affect deadlines.

5. Warranties

Equipment carries manufacturer warranties (typically 5–25 years). Installation workmanship is warranted for 1 year unless otherwise agreed.

6. Limitation of Liability

SR Energy is not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service.

7. Cancellations and Refunds

Written notice is required for cancellations. Refunds (if any) will be issued after deduction of applicable charges.

8. Intellectual Property

All content and designs remain the property of SR Energy and cannot be reproduced without permission.

9. Privacy

We respect your privacy. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for more details.

10. Force Majeure

We are not responsible for delays due to events outside our control, such as natural calamities or government restrictions.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by Indian law. Disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Visakhapatnam.
